My laptop had been acting strangely, so I contacted Tony. His first concern was for the data stored on my hard drive. He recommended that I immediately back up my data. How? On what? Tony explained my options, went with me to a local store, suggested an easy to setup and use external hard drive (on sale no less!), installed the drive, set up and taught me to use the backup program, and helped me run a backup.
Two days later my stored e-mails, contacts, calendar were missing. After a brief and understandable discussion about what might be happening to my computer, Tony found and restored all my missing e-mails, contacts and calendar. TonyTheTech - Can you say "lifesaver?!"
